Author of parts of five supplements to three of the four editions of the antitrust law treatise prepared and published by the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association since 1975 entitled Antitrust Law Developments, namely: (1) a part of the second supplement [covering developments from 1976-1977] to the first [1975] edition of the treatise, (2) a part of the second supplement [covering 1983-88] to the second [1982] edition of the treatise, and also (3) the 1997, 1998, and 1999 Annual Supplements to the fourth [1997] edition of the treatise. Each of these portions were contributions in behalf of the Civil Practice and Procedure Committee of the Antitrust Section.
